Travel to London by Train

There are a lot of options available for getting to London by train from Gatwick and with the introduction of Oyster and contactless payments, it’s quick and easy to hop on and off!

The Gatwick Express non-stop train service to Victoria runs every 15 minutes with a journey time of around 30 minutes.

Southern train services operate four times an hour to Victoria via East Croyden and Clapham Junction with a journey time of around 35 minutes.

Services to London Bridge, London Backfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras International also run four times an hour with a journey time of between 30-45 minutes.

Travel To London by Road

National Express

National Express operates direct services to London Victoria once an hour with a journey time of around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on time of day.

Coaches to Victoria depart from both terminals from the lower level fourcourt. You can buy tickets at National Express ticket desks in both terminals or advances online.

easyBus to London

easyBus to London operates a ‘low-cost’ aiport transfer service to London, with prices as low as £2.00! They also run a dedicated, direct service between Gatwick and west London via Earls Court/West Brompton, taking around 1 hour. 

easyBus runs every seven days a week and operates from North Terminal, bus stops 10-11.

Taxi

Journey times and costs depending on your destination, however, it takes roughly around an hour to get into central London (depending on time of the day).
